Stylish Classrooms

Wouldn't it be great to learn in a room like these?  I have a dream for schools, like the college that I go to: that I would be able to decorate all of the rooms with flowers and warm paint colors so that learning feels as comfortable as being at home.  If day cares should be warm and welcoming, why shouldn't adult classrooms?
