Bouquet of the Day

From here.  I have been gleaning a few tips from the internet recently on how to put together a beautiful flower arrangement.  What I like about this one is that it is so simple!

It seems to me that a lot of my favorite bunches have a ton of different kinds of flowers/leaves!  Hydrangeas and cabbage roses are among my favorites.  I.e. below: can you count the types of flowers (I found at least seven)?

It is encouraging to see that a beautiful bouquet can be made out of a bloom, some filler, and a few leaves (see first picture).  The fancy ones are great, but the simple ones can be cheaper (and more demure)!

This website has taught me a lot already.  Such as: start with the leaves, build around a focal bloom, and add filler around the focal bloom to give it some space and soften the edges.  Then you can add other, smaller, or more vibrant flowers around it.

Super cool, and so easy!
