Two Functions, One Space

So, I'm not rich.  This we know.  This is not bad.  However, it does mean I need to look for creative ways to meet all of my needs in a small living space.  Currently, I am looking for a way to combine a dining room and a sewing studio in a way that is comfortable and stylish (ie. not a giant mess, or a dining room with a sewing machine stuck in a corner).

This seems like a viable option.  From here.  I like that there is easy-access open shelving and a table that is large and smooth for laying out fabrics, as well as having several friends over to eat.
