Beginners (2010)
I don't think I need to write anything about this movie, since there are a thousand reviews of it on the internet. Mostly I think it's a lovely myth about the excitement of new love... and a gracious portrayal of the love that can grow between a father and son as the end draws near for the former. And of course, the lifestyles, decor styles, clothing, hair and even personalities of the characters are straight from the dreams of a stylish 20- or 30-something, even in 2012.
I just watched this because I saw it on your blog here. It was pretty good, after I got over my initial 30min "Eww romantic movies" reaction I really like it. Especially the dad character, and all the gayness that went along with it.
